Many Christians hold the view that once they are born again they cannot lose their salvation even if they continue in sin. They believe that the grace of God will keep them saved. This doctrine is called once saved always saved. In this teaching Bill Subritzky looks at what the Bible has to say about this. Jesus said, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14.) Jesus also said, “Many are called, but few are chosen.” (Matthew 22:14.)
